Comprehensive Evaluation
- Our initial meeting is a thorough 90 minute evaluation during which we explore your mental health history, current challenges and personal goals to determine the best course of action.
- Together, we will create a tailored treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle changes or a combination of all three to help you achieve your goals.
Medication Management
- Psychiatric medication management can be quite complex and requires a skillful and delicate balance to achieve the desired effect while managing side effects.
- We will work carefully and closely to find the right medication, combination of medications, or treatment modality.
CONSULTATION SERVICES
- In addition to providing ongoing care, I offer specialized clinical consultation for individuals seeking expert psychiatric input on complex cases involving multiple diagnoses, treatment resistant illnesses or diagnostic challenges.

- Dedicated to supporting women experiencing mental health concerns throughout the reproductive life cycle, including: pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, pre-pregnancy planning, and PMDD.
- I will work with you and your OB/GYN to understand and stabilize your mental health, taking into consideration hormone fluctuations, fertility challenges and life circumstances.
MOOD AND ANXIETY DISORDERS
- I have spent 30 years focused on the management of Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder, PTSD and Social Anxiety, as well as ADHD and Eating Disorders.
- We will work together to tease out the root causes of your mood and/or anxiety issues and develop an individualized treatment plan to ensure that you return to your best self.
